Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Solidgate Milpitas Landscaping, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of our landscaping services.

Services Provided

Solidgate Milpitas Landscaping provides professional landscaping services including but not limited to lawn care and maintenance, landscape design and installation, hardscaping, irrigation systems, tree services, sod installation, outdoor lighting, drainage solutions, yard cleanups, commercial landscaping, mulching, and artificial turf installation.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Service descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary depending on actual conditions encountered during service. We will inform you of any significant price changes before proceeding with work. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing clear access to the work area and identifying any underground utilities, irrigation lines, or other hazards before work begins. You must inform us of any property restrictions, HOA rules, or special requirements that may affect our services.

Pets should be secured during service visits. We are not responsible for pets that escape due to gates being opened for equipment access. Please ensure valuables and delicate items are removed from work areas before our arrival.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We make every effort to arrive during scheduled time windows. Weather conditions, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances may require rescheduling. We will notify you as soon as possible if we need to change your appointment.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in termination of service agreements.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. Plants installed by us are guaranteed for 30 days from the date of installation, provided they receive proper care and watering. Hardscape installations are guaranteed against defects in workmanship for one year from completion.

These warranties do not cover damage caused by weather, pests, improper maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control. Any warranty claims must be reported promptly in writing.

Limitation of Liability

While we carry appropriate insurance and take precautions to protect your property, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, or damage to unmarked underground utilities. Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided.

We are not responsible for weather-related outcomes, plant survival beyond warranty periods, or results affected by factors outside our control. All services are provided as-is without implied warranties beyond those explicitly stated.

Property Access

For scheduled maintenance services, you grant us permission to access your property even when you are not home. We will make every effort to leave gates and access points as we found them. If you require notification before each visit, please specify this in writing.

Disputes

If you have concerns about our services, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue. We are committed to resolving problems fairly and quickly. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through discussion will be handled through mediation in Santa Clara County, California.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
